Sama Dubai, international property development and investment arm of Dubai Holding, announced the Dubai Towers-Dubai, a group of towers with unique design reflecting the movement of the candle flame, at The Lagoons Central Business District. The towers range from 57 to 94 floors and expected to be completed by 2010.

Dubai Towers-Dubai will be visible from a distance as the prime attraction and feature of The Lagoon skyline. The Lagoons is a mixed-use freehold development being built along the Dubai Creek coastline. The Dubai Towers-Dubai will be exhibited at the Cityscape Dubai, 2006.

me parece un proyecto muy original y sobre todo, precioso. pero parece que todavia tardara un tiempecillo en arrancar.

Pues si, es un proyecto muy interesante, es más, es la urbanización que más me gusta de todo Dubai (junto con el Dubai Mall), aunque sigo sin saber su ubicación. Lo último que oí sobre estas torres era que no podían alcanzar grandes alturas debido a su cercanía con el aeropuerto y que rondarían los 300 metros aproximadamente...aunque según este tema, alcanzarán hasta los 550 metros!

aunque solo sea por el diseño, si tienen 300 metros bien aprovechados que estan.
